If you wish to exchange any of our products, you can do so in two ways: at any of our Padova stores in Cali or Bogotá, presenting your purchase invoice, within a period of thirty (30) days after the date on which the purchase was made, or through our website www.padova.com.co, within a period of ten (10) days after the delivery of the product (delivery date of the same at the destination address).

You must take into account the following criteria for your product to apply for exchange or return:

Promotional or discounted garments have no change. These following garments present one of the conditions: repaired, remanufactured or discontinued, therefore the legal guarantee will not be enforceable.
The product must not be modified or altered from its original state.
The garment must be in good condition, clean and with its original labels.
Changes of garments are always made for the value at which they were purchased.
Accessories, bathing suits, do not have change.

If you wish to make the change through www.padova.com.co, within ten (10) days after receiving the product, you must contact us through our email atencioncliente@padova.com.co, or through of our website www.padova.com.co in the ‘Contact’ form.

Yes, our shipments abroad are made through our partner carrier DHL.

The dispatch is made the same day of your order once the payment is confirmed and processed. Subject to availability and schedules.

You can redeem your giftcard through our digital channels, email atencioncliente@padova.com.co, whatsapp 3232206290 or Instagram Padovalab or if you prefer to visit our physical stores. You have a maximum term of 6 months after it has been.

Ten (10) days after receiving the product.

All orders are subject to product availability. If there was an error in terms of product supply or there is no stock available for the reference purchased, the money will be refunded. It will be reflected within a period of 30 days by the bank.
